Refund Policy

Callimoor Alpacas will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise for full refund or exchange, on all merchandise purchased from our catalog, over the internet, or at promotional events. As always, we fully guarantee our merchandise to be free of defects, and will accept any defective items for full refund or exchange. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. When no proof of purchase is available, we refund the most recent price charged for items returned to us. We do not accept returns from distributor sales.

Return or exchange an item by mail

You can send the item back to us at the address below using any traceable method. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct.

If you do not have the packing slip, please include the following information with your return:

Your name and billing address The name, address, and zip code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase The item number of the merchandise, if available

Products may be returned unworn and in new condition. A full refund of the purchase price (not including shipping charges) will be given once the merchandise is returned. Customers wishing to return a product should call 1-440-543-6152, speak to our customer service agent and explain reason for return. Customer service agent shall complete product return form and issue credit upon receipt of the returned product.
